Helping you understand what's really going on.
Download Speaker BioFor twenty one years I rode an ambulance. You learn something on a call that no classroom teaches you. The loudest thing in the room is almost never the thing that matters.
Somebody is shouting. Somebody else has gone very quiet. It is usually the quiet one you need to get to.
That is the whole job, honestly. Not knowing more than everyone else in the room. Noticing the thing everyone else walked past.
I have spent more than thirty years doing that in a lot of different rooms. Emergency medicine. Massage and manual therapy. Chiropractic and naturopathic clinics. Billing offices where a claim keeps getting denied and nobody can say why. Living rooms where someone is exhausted and cannot name the reason. Barns where a horse has quietly stopped being himself.
Different rooms. Same question every time. What is really going on here?
People find me when something feels off and the explanations they have been given do not quite fit.
Sometimes it is stress that has stopped responding to the usual advice. Sometimes it is a practice losing money through a billing system nobody fully understands. Sometimes it is a body sending signals that have not been translated yet. Sometimes it is an animal.
My work is not to hand you an answer. It is to help you see the pattern you have been standing too close to see.
Understanding creates options. Options create confidence. It happens in that order, and it does not work in reverse.
Born in rural Wisconsin. Volunteering at a hospital by twelve, mostly because I wanted to know what was behind the doors.
Based in Bellingham, Washington. Working with clients worldwide by secure video or phone, alongside your medical team and never in place of it.
Years on an ambulance showed me stress at full volume. Here is what I noticed. People already know how to breathe. When the nervous system is genuinely hijacked, telling someone to take a deep breath is a little like telling someone with a flat tire to drive more carefully.
Your body may need a Reset.
One Minute Stress Release is a stress release process designed to interrupt the pattern and bring clarity back. It takes about sixty seconds. It is measurable. You can feel your own pulse change while you do it, which is the part that convinces people.
That work grew into Responder Reset for EMS, fire, and law enforcement, and into Licensed to Chill for everyone else who is quietly running hot.
Somewhere along the way I became an Office Ally specialist, which surprised nobody more than me.
It turns out a denied claim is the same puzzle as a stubborn symptom. Something upstream is not what everyone assumed it was. I help practices find the money that is stuck, fix the workflow creating it, and train the person at the front desk so it stops happening next month.
Same detective work. Different room.
I am a mom and a dog mom. A second chance romantic. Unreasonably devoted to nineties music. I laugh at full volume and I still answer to the nickname I had as a kid, Princess Kaleidoscope.
I am more curious than I am certain. I think science and intuition are both worth listening to, and neither one gets the last word just because it showed up first.
Bring me the thing that does not add up. We will look at the whole picture and find the signal inside the noise.
